So you are developing Android applications and you want to run your android application on a Samsung Galaxy Tab. Just create an AVD.
- Run AVD Manager and select Available Packages in the left panel
- Click Add ADD-on Site and enter the URL http://innovator.samsungmobile.com/android/repository/srepository.xml
